Share

Hi everyone. Last time we looked at the dorian, phrygian and lydian modes in the altered tuning of C-G-D-A.

This month we will finish up with the last three modes in the C-G-D-A altered tuning.

Mixolydian:

A————————————————————–

D———————————12—-14—–15——17–

G—-12—-14—–16—–17——————————–

C————————————————————–

Aeolian:

A——————————–7—8—-10—-12———-

D—-7——9——10—-12———————————

G————————————————————–

C————————————————————–

Locrian:

A———————-7—-8—-10—–12——14———–

D—–9—10—-12———————————————

G—————————————————————–

C—————————————————————–

Keep working on all seven modes and remember to find alternate positions to play all of them around the neck. See you until next time.
