Tiny Goat Films and Kala Brand Music Announce the Release of the Film Mighty Uke on DVD

Tiny Goat Films and Kala Brand Music have announced the release of the film Mighty Uke on DVD just in time for the Holiday season. KALA is a sponsor of the film and the MIGHTYUKE ROADSHOW tour that has been selling out theaters and entertaining audiences all over the world. The DVD is packed with bonus features that include an additional ten short films about the ukulele and a lesson with virtuoso and educator James Hill.

Director Tony Coleman and Producer Margaret Meagher packed up their HD cameras and, for two years travelled the world to discover why so many people of different nations, cultures, ages and musical tastes are turning to the ukulele to express themselves, and to connect with each other. Like the ukulele, the film appeals to all ages and makes a great gift idea and add-on sale in any ukulele department. A DVD loop is available free of charge to dealers for previewing the film in their stores.

MIGHTY UKE has been screened at venues that include the historic Egyptian theater in Hollywood and the Castro in San Francisco.
