Spring

As I sit here writing and looking out my window at a cold, rainy Northwest afternoon, I think of spring as a time for all things new and fresh.

Hopefully you have noticed that we here at Bass Musician Magazine have been continuously working at making our site the very best it can be and you might have noticed that our look has gone through an evolution.  This has not simply been a face-lift, but a transition that has made your magazine something called “Mobile Responsive”. This means that you can read Bass Musician Magazine seamlessly on your tablet or smartphone. We are everywhere you go and I am proud to point out that we are ahead of the pack in this updated format. I want to recognize the hours of hard work our staff has put into this improvement! Thanks!

Another first for our magazine is the video interview with our April cover, Nik West! Words alone do not do this artist justice. This format lets you feel like you are in the studio during the interview so as to experience the whole process. We hope you enjoy this approach and we plan to utilize this for future interviews when possible. Enjoy!

Lastly, even though we have been up and running for over four years now, there are still bass musicians out there that haven’t discovered our magazine. I urge you to invite your friends to explore our virtual pages and spread the word. After all, this “Mag” is still as free as it was when we started and there is a lot of great bass stuff to come for the years ahead!

Happy Spring!

Best…

Best…
