Bakithi Kumalo at Kala Booth Winter NAMM

Bakithi Kumalo at Kala Booth Winter NAMM…  Kala artists Bakithi Kumalo (U-BASS) and James Hill (ukulele) will appear daily at Kala’s booth 5314.

Bakithi Kumalo is the longtime bassist for Paul Simon who’s contribution to the Graceland album is legendary. James Hill is a world renowned performer and educator (Ukulele in the Classroom) who has helped to redefine the boundaries of ukulele virtuosity.

The duo will also perform at the Muriel Anderson All Star Guitar concert on Friday night as well as Sunday at 12:00 on the NAMM Venue Stage. James Hill will lead a Ukulele Circle at 3:00 in front of the Anaheim Convention Center, open to the public. Participants are invited to bring their own ukuleles or play ukuleles provided by Kala.
