Phil Jones Bass to Release Limited Edition Briefcase Ultimate

BG-200-2013-5-23Ever since its introduction into the bass amplification world 10 years ago, the Phil Jones Bass Briefcase has quickly become THE standard for fantastic sound and tone in a small, easy to carry enclosure. With over 5,000 PJB Briefcase amps in 28 countries, it was time to say “thank you!” with a special, limited edition of this classic amplifier: the PJB Briefcase Ultimate.

The first thing to notice is that the Briefcase Ultimate is now rated at 160 watts RMS (over the original 100). New higher power Piranha speakers with a larger voice coil and magnet system, combined with the new Rectangular Auxiliary Low Frequency Radiator (RALFR, originally introduced with the PJB Double Four) mean that the Ultimate plays louder, deeper and cleaner than the original Briefcase, which is a TALL order in and of itself. As per the original, the Ultimate can run on AC power or with a 12 volt rechargeable battery, for those times when you’re playing on the street corner.

bg-200-back 2Available in late summer 2013, supplies are extremely limited. Email [email protected] today to reserve your copy!
