Recently released from the Hal Leonard Bass Play-Along series is Modern Worship Volume 37. This release is packed with eight great contemporary worship songs from Christian music artists and songwriters including Paul Baloche, Lenny LeBlanc, Robin Mark, Chris Tomlin, and quite a few other notables. Songs included are “Above All”, “Days of Elijah”, “Holy is the Lord”, “I Give You My Heart”, “In Christ Alone”, “Let Everything That Has Breath”, “Open the Eyes of My Heart”, and “Worthy is the Lamb”.

All of the songs are presented in easy to read notation and tablature, contains guitar chords with some suggested strumming rhythms, lyrics with melody line, and lyric/chord charts for each song at the end of the book. The book is also accompanied by a CD which contains a demo track and play track for each song. The demo track is just the band sans vocal and the play track is the band with vocal with the bass part omitted. The CD also comes with the “Amazing Slow Downer” which allows you to adjust the tempo of the tracks. The CD is both PC and MAC compatible.
