Trickfish Amplification launches 6 new professional bass amplification products at the Winter NAMM Show in Anaheim, booth #1190.

Debuting at the show is the Bullhead 1K, a 1000W bass amplifier featuring a Mike Pope designed, ultra-low noise pre-amp integrated with a very innovative, hi-power, lightning fast Class D power amplifier. Housed in a rugged aluminum chassis, the versatile head offers a wide variety of tone-shaping capabilities via a 4-band EQ and Q-Point select switches. Other features include selectable input sensitivity, silent-tuning mode, aux input, Pre/Post Balanced DI Output, Serial/Parallel EFX loop, tuner out, amp mute footswitch jack, and Neutrik Speakon combi-connectors.

Also showing at the show are the Big Mouth and Small Mouth line of speaker cabinets consisting of the BM410, 1000 watt handling 4×10” • BM212 600 watt 2×12”• BM115 600 Watt 1×15”• SM112 NEO loaded 300 Watt 1×12” and SM210 500 Watt 2×10”. Trickfish cabinets are all U.S. made and utilize void-free Baltic Birch ply, recessed joints, heavy bracing for structural strength and low-resonance and feature HF transducers and proprietary drivers manufactured by world leader Eminence®. The cabinets are wrapped in a road-worthy, 22oz. sharkskin vinyl, have removable grilles, steel handles and finished with metal corners ensuring both beauty and durability. Crossover networks employ an advanced circuit design and an on-board protection device that preserves component integrity even under the most demanding conditions.

The team includes Mike Pope, world renowned bassist, composer and closet product developer whose pre-amp designs have been heralded by bassists worldwide for their purity, simplicity and sheer musicality; David Yates, boy genius EE, holder of 60 U.S Patents AND a fine bassist in his own right, and Richard’s former JBL partner in crime, Anthony Fregoso – Master Systems Engineer, hipster-like beard-owner and a dead lift/bench-press champion.
