Ibanez Welcomes Bernhard Lackner

“We are very pleased to welcome the Austrian bassist and composer Bernhard Lackner to the Ibanez artist roster. Bernhard has released four solo albums, an instructional book and a website with play-alongs for bass players. After a 7-year stay in the USA, he now settled back to his home country. Bernhard has worked with many artists such as Adam Holzman, Jeff Coffin, Horacio “El Negro” Hernandez, Mino Cinelu and Chester Thompson, in the US as well as in Europe. He has also performed at various festivals in North America (Bass Player Live, Canadian Bass Bash, Bash Namm bass) and Europe (London Bass Guitar Show, Eurobassday, Bassday UK). In addition, Lackner was already a guest lecturer at schools such as Musicians Institute (Hollywood), Berklee College (Boston), Belmont University (Nashville) and Bass Collective (New York).”
