PR – Tensor Inc. announced the launch of their new Ultralight Jazz Bass series of custom bass guitars.

All of the new basses are available in 4 or 5 string configurations and come equipped with Tensor’s patent pending Force Balance^TM technology. The Ultralight Jazz series is designed to accommodate a more progressive style of playing featuring full access to the 25^th fret. The new basses also feature Aguilar J-HOT style pickups. The weight for the 5 string models is 7.6lbs and the for the 4 string models is 7.0lbs. All of Tensor basses use Hipshot Tuners and Bridges. All models come with Tensor’s custom pickguards which are available in many different styles from wood veneer, custom tooled leather and epoxy laminated textiles. The new basses are available direct from Tensor.
