Join an Uber- Power Trio of their Alumni for 4 sets at the Iridium in NYC to experience an evening of musical pyrotechnics, blurring the lines between jazz, rock and funk.
Renowned session bassist, stellar solo artist, and sideman-to-the-stars Stu Hamm brings his POWER TRIO to the New York City Iridium for four shows on June 16 and 17 (2 sets each night).
Hamm — who has supported Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and others — is joined by guitarist Alex Skolnick (Testament, TSO, Alex Skolnick Trio) and drummer Chad Wackerman (Frank Zappa, Steven Wilson, Eddie Jobson/UK) for an evening celebrating their “alumni bands” that will blur, twist, and blend the lines between rock, jazz, and funk. Each night will present two shows—first set at 8:30 pm, second set at 10:30 pm.
Fans looking for a pyrotechnic display of bass, guitar, and drum virtuosity will not want to miss these four shows at the famed Iridium club.
