The Women’s International Music Network Announces the 2017 She Rocks ASCAP Showcase during Summer NAMM in Nashville
Female artists are invited to submit to perform at the Listening Room on July 13, 2017
The Women’s International Music Network (the WiMN) announces submissions are now open for their 2017 She Rocks Showcase scheduled during the Summer NAMM conference in Nashville, TN. Now in its fourth year, the She Rocks Showcase will take place on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at The Listening Room Cafe located at 217 2nd Ave S, Nashville, TN.
“I was blown away by the varied and wonderful talent that was presented at last year’s Nashville She Rocks Showcase, and I can wait to share new talent this year!” notes WiMN founder, Laura B. Whitmore. “She Rocks Showcases give female musicians an opportunity to share their talent at one of Nashville’s best known venues. I am excited and eager to receive submissions from talented artists around the world!”
The 2017 She Rocks Showcase presents a unique opportunity for female artists of all styles and ages to perform in front of industry experts, media representatives, artists, fans and more during the Summer NAMM convention.
Artists are encouraged to submit their best material for an opportunity to perform at the showcase. All materials must be submitted by May 12, 2017. Showcase slot selections will be announced by May 31. Performers will also receive a free day pass to the NAMM Show on Saturday, July 15. A NAMM badge is not required to attend or participate in the Showcase.
