Bass legend Jack Bruce was an avid Warwick artist.
He would have turned 75 on 14 May 2018. His daughter Natasha Bruce – better known musically as Aruba Red – organized a tribute concert in the London Roundhouse with bassist Renell Shaw in memory of her father. Well-known artists such as Ginger Baker, Ian Anderson, Mark King, Phil Manzanera, Vernon Reid and Joss Stone took part in the event, which raised over £35,000 for Jack’s chosen charity to the children’s hospice, called EACH, in the UK. Nitin Sawhney musically conducted the concert.
