Interview with Collective Soul Bassist, Will Turpin

Will is a founding member of the band Collective Soul, which was was formed in the early 90’s during the rise of grunge and alternative rock. The band broke into mainstream popularity when they rose to international fame in 1993 with the rock anthem “Shine.”

We sat down with Will to talk about his newly released solo album, SERENGETI DRIVERS.

Produced by Turpin and co-produced by Jonathan Beckner, SERENGETI DRIVERS is an 11-song showcase featuring plenty of riffs, aggressive up-tempo rockers, tender tunes, slices of Americana and Beatles-influenced numbers.
