Victor Wooten Kicks Off U.S. Tour, The Wooten Woods Experience
Renowned Bassist, Victor Wooten, Kicks Off U.S. Tour Celebrating 20-year Anniversary of the Center for Music and Nature
Victor Wooten, GRAMMY-winning bass guitarist, record producer and educator, is about to embark on a two-week tour titled “The Wooten Woods Experience”.
The tour runs from April 15 to 27 and is sponsored by leading audio and music companies – Hartke, Michael Kelly Guitar Co. and Samson. Twelve dates are scheduled in cities across the U.S. including Nashville, Chicago and Houston. As part of the brands’ sponsorship, attendees at each concert will have the chance to win a Michael Kelly bass guitar.
“The Wooten Woods Experience will be a once-in-a-life-time tour. I’m so happy and excited that Samson, Hartke, and Michael Kelly Guitars are involved. We’re excited to bring the best of the Center for Music and Nature to audiences across the U.S.,” says Wooten.
The tour celebrates the 20th anniversary of Wooten’s Center for Music and Nature, a camp that provides students with a unique educational experience in music and naturalness away from daily distractions and media.
At the Center for Music and Nature, classes are designed to be illuminating and relaxing while offering abundant opportunities for jamming, reflecting and sitting around the campfire. The Wooten Woods Experience tour will showcase the spirit of music, nature, community and creativity that the runs through the Center for Music and Nature.
