75 million albums sold, and it all started here: with Tom Scholz writing, recording, and playing most of the instruments in his basement studio for the band’s debut album, Boston. The group went on to stardom, riding Scholz’s deft blending of hard rock rhythms and complex harmonies. Here are bass line transcriptions for all nine songs on that milestone album of 1976.
