LFSys Unveils its BlueLine Bass Cabs: High-End FRFR Performance Now Accessible at Mid-Range Prices…

LFSys, the UK-based specialist in high-performance bass guitar cabinets, today announced the launch of its much-anticipated BlueLine Bass Cabs. Released two years after the debut of the company’s premium cabinets, the initial BlueLine lineup comprises two models – the Silverstone II and the Goodwood – delivering acclaimed LFSys sound at a mid-range price point. 

“We’ve seen incredible enthusiasm for our high-end cabinets,” says Stephen McLuckie, founder of LFSys. “The challenge was to capture that same level of sonic fidelity and build quality but make it more accessible. Over the past 12 months, we’ve worked closely with Celestion to develop the drivers for the BlueLine series. We’re confident that we’ve now achieved that goal. These cabinets offer gigging musicians and studio players alike a path to world-class sound without the premium price tag.”

Both the Goodwood and Silverstone II are robust two-way designs, incorporating touring-grade compression drivers paired with sophisticated crossovers that have been developed in-house. The cabinets themselves are constructed from premium, 7-ply poplar plywood and loaded with lightweight neodymium drivers, ensuring durability and portability – critical factors for any working musician.

The Silverstone II is equipped with a powerful 12-inch long-coil bass driver and is capable of handling an impressive 400 watts – despite weighing in at just 12kg. The more compact Goodwood uses a 10-inch bass driver rated at 250 watts and tips the scales at a mere 9kg, offering an extremely portable yet potent solution.

The LFSys Goodwood and Silverstone II are available for pre-order now directly from the LFSys website at www.lfsys.co.uk. Deliveries are expected to begin in June 2025. Retail prices are £595 for the Goodwood and £695 for the Silverstone II.
