Momo’s Motivation for Musicians – Can You Fake It Till You Make It?

Published

on

In a busy world, on a busy day, and you have a dream, that won’t go away…

So you find another way, and you do it every day

Faking it doesn’t mean you’re an imitation making it

It just means you found a short cut doing it.

I truly believe in the power of moving quickly and keeping things pro and high quality while finding simple ways in committing to your actions fast.

This all happens with tips and tricks, short cuts and different ways to appreciate the strong parts of yourself that you may consider not so strong.

Becoming a pro in way less time is completely possible where as some people might consider this The Fake Part.

All I know is that most people don’t have the time or make the time to so call fake it anymore .

Driving down the road of fakeness lets you discover new and exiting adventures and knowledge which quickly turns into real experience, Thus changing the consept of faking it into just taking a few quick calculated chances at shit you didn’t know how to do yet. After that its up to the person to manage their quality control.

I hope this inspires and helps you in any way possible, Thanks for watching and come back for more right here on Bass Musician Magazine.

Here’s what I have to say about that.  M xoxox

Review: CrystalBright Rombo Picks

CrystalBright Rombo Picks

PR Sample

Playing bass with a pick is still a touchy subject in our community. I believe you should be able to use whatever you need to get your sound. Even though I mostly play with my fingers, I like to check out innovative new picks that might have something new to offer, sonically speaking.

Judith and Carlos from Rombo recently contacted me about a new material called CrystalBright that they have been researching for the last 12 months and offered to send some prototype picks. After trying them out, I put together this video with my findings.

Working-Class Zeros: Episode #2 – Financial Elements of Working Musicians

These stories from the front are with real-life, day-to-day musicians who deal with work life and gigging and how they make it work out.
