Hal Leonard Bass Tab Method SongbookHal Leonard Bass Tab Method Songbook is a great book for beginning to intermediate bassists.

The songbook is presented so that each song in it’s entirety is covered on two pages for each song, so that you don’t have to flip through pages while learning. Each song is broken down into sections including intro, verse, chorus, guitar solos, etc. A basic understanding of note values, repeat sign and coda’s are necessary in order to successfully navigate through the parts of each tune. I really like the idea that you don’t have to turn pages in order to get completely through a tune and this would be a welcome idea for many songbooks.

The Hal Leonard Bass Tab Method Songbook is presented using tablature for 4 string bass, keys for each tune, lyrics, and accompanying guitar chords. The CD contains two tracks for each tune, the first track is full band and the second track is full band without the bass. Hal Leonard Bass Tab Method Songbook contains ten songs from a wide variety of popular artists. The complete listing below.
