There are very few extended-range bass players around so when I get a chance to meet another one I jump at it. Enter Don Schiff. Don has been laying down the low-end for decades. He has played the Vegas scene, the LA scene, and beyond. He has worked with, wrote songs for, or recorded with: Elvis Presley, Tina Turner, Pat Benatar, Perry Como, Sheryl Crow, Raquel Welch, Frankie Avalon, Eddie Money, Herbie Hancock, Al Green, and many, many (many) more.
Don started on conventional bass and as part of his journey, added the Chapman Stick and NS stick to his tool belt.
