Originally from Florida, Tarik has had an impressive musical journey pursuing his studies to achieve a doctorate in Jazz studies. His most recent album “Yalla” is a fascinating work that blends elements of his Irish/Arabic cultural upbringing and pulls highlights from his musical journey to convey a unique musical concept.
