Victor Wooten on “The Spirit Of Music”…

Everybody in the bass community (and many others as well) knows Victor Wooten.

We have heard Victor Wooten’s amazing musical performances, aspired to attend one of his camps someday, known about his involvement in music education as part of the faculty at the Berklee College of Music, and have experienced his literary expression as an author with his book “The Music Lesson”. In February of 2021, Victor released the sequel to his first book titled “The Spirit of Music”.

Although it took me a while to read his latest work, I did not hurry as I greatly enjoyed his creativeness and the message hidden just below the surface. That said, I am thrilled to have this opportunity to talk to the author himself and get his insight into, “The Spirit of Music”.
