The Lusithand Devices 800TS preamp borrows the EQ section of the famous GK800RB amplifier and squeezes it into an onboard preamp, loaded into a Jazzplate, for you Jazz bass lovers.

This tone stack has some serious high-frequency power and a very deep bottom end, just like the amplifier it is based on allowing you to explore different tones directly from your instrument.

The Hi-mid and Treble controls are highly interactive; the same goes for the Lo-Mid and Bass
Controls. This gives you a lot of control over your overall sound, and, no matter what, your signal will always be very “cut through” and clear sounding. The controls consist of stacked Treble/Bass and Hi-Mid/Lo-Mid, active/passive switch, 3-way Tone switch, Master Volume, and Blend (with option for 2 Volumes).

(To use with Jazz basses with Jack switch mounted on the body)

• Treble: Boost and Cut around 4 khz
• Bass: Boost and Cut around 60 hz
• Hi-Mid: Boost and cut around 1 khz
• Lo-Mid: Boost and cut around 250 hz
