Black metal overlords VOSFORIS have released a bass playthrough video for “Alien Nexion”. The song is taken from their album Cosmic Cenotaph, which will be released on vinyl December 6th 2024.

Band mastermind Simon White comments “The song, lyrically is about how a non-human intelligence has infiltrated our universe and technology at the quantum level. When we stare into AI, something stares back at us. Musically it is a study on the Dorian #4 mode of harmonic minor. The bass features in this song in a way I found very interesting and felt it deserved a video of its own. Gear used is a Japanese Fender jazz bass special with active EMGs. DI capture is being processed with the Neural DSP Parallax plugin including chorus from the Line 6 Helix Native plugin for some subtle Peter Steele worship.”
