Pittsburgh bassist Shane Lentz Releases Debut Solo EP Reverse Horizons
Pittsburgh bassist Shane Lentz released his debut solo EP Reverse Horizons through digital media outlets worldwide.
The album includes five original tracks and was recorded with an Ibanez ATK800E bass in standard tuning with no looping or layering.
Prior to the release of Reverse Horizons, Lentz debuted his first playthrough video for his song “Parhelic Circles” on his YouTube channel. Reverse Horizons is available now for download on all major digital outlets, and it is also available for free on Bandcamp and Soundcloud. Fans can also find a full stream of Reverse Horizons on Lentz’s YouTube channel along with other original videos and music.
Lentz is known for his bass work on former Nevermore guitarist Jeff Loomis’s second solo album, Plains of Oblivion. He has garnered a following on YouTube for his bass videos and has recorded and played with several bands, including Pittsburgh-based death metal band Kamikabe.
