2. In the early 70’s he purchased a candy-apple, metallic-flake Fender bass for $90, which he proceeded to ‘customize’ with a hack-saw, chisel and decoupage
3. Has a franken-bass consisting of P-bass body, a Jazz-bass neck with mandolin frets and two sets of P-bass pickups
4. He has a signature Warwick bass, which carries his signature ‘finger’ salute
