In addition to the new RockBoard® series presented at Winter NAMM 2018, three different Module Patch Bays and the optional accessories, The Tray and Frame XL, are now available.
All RockBoard® 2018 Series models (except Duo 2.1) are compatible with the RockBoard® Module Patch Bays. With seven board sizes from 46 cm (18 1/8″) to 102 cm (40 3/16″), we are sure that everyone will find the right RockBoard® pedal board for their needs. All RockBoard® 2018 Series models are available with either Gigbag or Flightcase.
At the Musikmesse in Frankfurt 2018, the coveted MIPA Award in the “Guitar Accessories” category went to the new RockBoard® pedal boards!
RockBoard® Module Patch Bays 1, 2, 3
The RockBoard® Modules are simple all-in-one patch bays for the RockBoard series pedalboards. Fitting all new RockBoards®, except the Duo 2.1, they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient through box. Manage all connections to and from your effects setup in one place and in a tidy manner. With the RockBoard® Modules, you can hook up your pedals permanently underneath your board and have a central access point from your instrument, to your amp, as well as for your power supply.
For example, your instrument will plug into the front of A, with the back of A going to the input of your first pedal on your RockBoard®.
The last pedal in your chain will plug into the back of B, while the front of B will go to your amp. The RockBoard® Modules give you endless possibilities of how you can hook up your rig! You are using TRS, XLR, MIDI, or USB in your setup? No worries! The RockBoard® Modules provide you with all of the connections you need. Use them to connect multiple effects pedalboards, to run several effects from your board through your amp’s effects loop, or simply as a central access point to your pedalboard.

RockBoard® The Tray – Universal Power Supply Mounting Solution
The new RockBoard® The Tray is a universal power supply mounting solution for almost any multi-power supply unit that you can imagine. Its one-size-fits-all design can be mounted underneath any new RockBoard® pedalboard (except Duo 2.0). Due to the construction of the RockBoard’s vertical support braces, no holes have to be drilled into your pedalboard and it can easily be fixed with only one screw. Using the holes in the Tray’s surface, you can mount power supply units to it using either screws or cable ties. Also, because of its flat surface, hook and loop tape, or other adhesive tape, can be used to fix your power supply to it.
The RockBoard® Frame XL is an optional replacement brace for mounting even the biggest multi-power supplies underneath your RockBoard® pedalboard Cinque 5.3 and 5.4. Mounting power supplies can be a difficult task. With its innovative, universal power supply mounting solution, the new RockBoard® series of pedalboards already offers an easy way to fix a multitude of available power supply units. But, of course, there are also larger, heavier multi-power supplies that are often difficult to fit under the board. The solution is the RockBoard® Frame XL, which allows you to mount even larger, wider multi-power supplies under your new RockBoard® without affecting the stability of the pedalboard. You can easily replace the original vertical struts of your RockBoard® Cinque 5.3 or 5.4 with the Frame XL and even combine it with the RockBoard® The Tray. Just loosen the two fixing screws, replace the original brace against the frame XL, and remount the screws. It’s that simple.
