Italian guitars and bass manufacturer Alusonic Aluminium Instruments is excited to present a new bass model, made in collaboration with Italian worldwide known bassist Alberto Rigoni: the PentaFleX 5 string bass Special Edition.
Andrea Pollice, Alusonic owner says: “The Alusonic PentaFleX Special Edition represents the state of the art about technology and versatility. We have selected a wonderful piece of White Tulip as a body because it’s an extremely lightweight wood with great tone, the body is chambered and we put on an Aluminium alloy top that provides an incredible attack and sustain to the sound.
The neck is a wonderful Flamed Balkan maple piece with graphite reinforcing rods inside for strength and stability, the hardware is made ourselves by aluminium alloy.
Our innovative “PentaFleX” pickup provides five iconic “Precision” sounds such as P-Reverse, P51, Classic Precision as well as single coil and hum-bucker. Moreover, the sound is massive, crispy and rich in harmonics.
