Honda Center to Host First Event ocV!BE Guitar Festival

Bassist Matt Bissonette (Elton John) as well as his brother drummer Greg (Ringo) are doing a rhythm workshop where they play and break down 20 big tunes from the rhythm section’s viewpoint.

Honda Center is proud to announce the inaugural ocV!BE Guitar Festival set to take place on Saturday, July 29. This highly anticipated event will showcase the best of the guitar industry with over 50 vendors featuring vintage dealers, boutique guitar makers, amps, pedals, national brands, music stores, and private collectors. Attendees can expect a truly immersive experience in the world of guitars.

Tickets for the ocV!BE Guitar Festival are priced at $20 and are available for advance purchase on ticketmaster.com and upon arrival on the day of the event. As a special bonus, the first 200 attendees will receive a complimentary pack of guitar strings. Onsite parking will be provided free of charge for festival attendees.

One of the festival’s highlights will be the live performances inside the Honda Center arena bowl on the Allen & Heath / BASSBOSS Main Stage. Renowned musicians including Bruce Kulick (KISS), Dave Amato (REO Speedwagon), Gregg Bissonette (Ringo Starr), bassist Matt Bissonette (Elton John), Griff Hamlin and the Single Barrel Blues Band and the Phillip Sayce Band are scheduled to take the stage, promising unforgettable performances for music enthusiasts.

ocV!BE is a groundbreaking $4 billion mixed-use entertainment district. Scheduled to open Phase 1 in 2026, this immersive district surrounding Honda Center will offer a wide range of entertainment events, restaurants and cafes, art installations, office spaces, public parks, and residences, creating a vibrant and dynamic community for all.

The ocV!BE Guitar Festival is co-produced by renowned industry experts Tom Alexander and Bruce Adolph.
